Established in April of 2004, Rios Real Estate is an independent Real Estate office based in Jaco, Costa Rica. Named for and operated by Victor Rios, a Costa Rican, that has lived all of his life in the area. He is also the former Mayor of Garabito and therefore is well known by all and very familiar with the area. Working with him is an English-speaking Canadian who is more than happy to provide service to our clients that are more comfortable dealing in English.
